Attorney Cella to Lecture on Family-based Immigration

Attorney Cella to Lecture on V visas, and K-1, K-2, K-3 and L-4 visas in Miami on August 11, 2004

At the request of the Federal Bar Association, attorney Joseph G. Cella will lecture to their Florida Chapter on the non-immigrant visas associated with various family-based immigrant petitions. Specifically, Mr. Cella will address the substantive and procedural requirements of V visas, K-1 fiance visas, K-2 child of fiance, K-3 and K-4 visas, spouses and children of U.S. Citizens. Mr. Cella will also briefly address the aging out provisions of the Child Protection Act.
