Joseph Cella, Esq. to again participate in a distinguished lecturer seminar sponsored by the Federal Bar Association on April 8, 2004 in San Juan Puerto Rico.
Joseph G. Cella, esq. has again been invited by the Federal Bar Association to participate in a distinguished lecturer seminar on the substance and procedure of family-based immigration law.The speakers will consist of Immigration Judges and Immigration Atorneys who have developed expertise in this complex area of immigration law.
This year’s seminar will take place in San Juan Puerto Rico on April 8, 2004, and will be available to Federal Bar Association member attorneys and paralegals who wish to sharpen their immigration litigation knowledge and skills.
In 2003, Mr. Cella lectured in San Juan on the subject of Special Immigrant Juveniles, and in 2004 he lectured in Miami on the subject of family-based immigration.
The Federal Bar Association has been receiving wide recognition for its informative and interesting programs.
