A recent report published by Boundless, documented that, due to the stigmatizing discussion and ongoing legal actions surrounding the program, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) classified individuals are feeling less and less included in their surroundings. The satisfied result of 60% in 2020 has dropped to 45% per the latest report. The report also summarized that the majority of DACA recipients in the United States are between the ages of 20 and 30 years with a large number in the process of attending or finishing undergraduate/post undergraduate degrees and are concerned about their ability to find jobs, provide for families, and not be deported back to their home countries if the DACA program ends. The majority of DACA recipients reside in California, Texas, Illinois and New York and represent 139 countries with 80% being from Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.
