Update to Form I-212. USCIS announced an update to Form I-212, Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal. Individuals that are inadmissible under sections 212(a)(9)(A) or (C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) should use this form to ask for consent to reapply for admission to lawfully return to the United States. The filing fee for Form I-212 is $930. Starting June 29, 2022, USCIS will only accept the 3/21/22 edition. Until then, applicants can use the 06/09/20 edition. USCIS provides a checklist of required initial evidence as an optional tool to help applicants while preparing their forms.
