USCIS TO IMPLEMENT REDESIGNED NATURALIZATION TEST

Will Apply to All Applications to be Filed on or After October 1, 2008Beginning October 1, 2008, the USCIS will begin using a redesigned naturalization test. For applicants who filed before October 1, 2008, but who have not been interviewed by that date, the option of choosing either test will be available.

Some of the questions in the new Civics Exam, (history and government), will have more than one possible answer. Such questions will require the applicants to give only one correct answer, unless the questions specifically asks for both.
