From USCIS
Updated Form I-134
The form used to agree to provide financial support to beneficiaries from Ukraine and Venezuela (Form I-134) has been updated and released. The USCIS specifies that you must be located in the United States to file. Those seeking temporary parole from the Ukraine and Venezuela may not file the form on their own behalf. If you are planning on supporting more than one beneficiary, a separate form must be submitted for each person including minor children. Documentation confirming the relationship between minor children and their parent(s) or legal guardian traveling to the United States may be required. The name of the beneficiary must be clearly recorded on each form.
